Meet Ashley: Your Faith-Focused Supporter

My heart for Christ Centered Coaching was shaped long before the business even had a name. I first met Jesus when I was a teenager - just thirteen, searching for meaning but not fully understanding what was ahead. The Lord walked with me through years that taught me what service and sacrifice truly mean. Between the ages of twenty and twenty-five, I deployed as an Army soldier on two tours in Iraq, learning firsthand the weight women can carry in uniform - sometimes feeling invisible, but never abandoned by God. My season as a volunteer firefighter was different yet similar, surrounded by strong, steady women and men who gave their all without seeking applause. At home, I am honored to be married to a fire captain, which means I see both sides of service and the quiet battles that come with it.

I am currently working on my B.S. in Psychology at Regent University, with plans to step into an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling focused on Military Resilience. Every lesson in the classroom deepens my understanding of how faith and psychology intersect, especially for women navigating the hard realities of life in service or supporting someone who does. This space is for sisters who know the ache and calling I have lived: women like you. My journey is not just about credentials or past titles - it is about the hope and restoration that come with leaning fully on Jesus, and the promise that no story is too messy or too heavy for Him to redeem. I would be honored to walk alongside you, combining lived experience, faith, and practical support.
